Puzzle:
The Challenge here is to separate the ring from the spring or to remove the ring from the spring.
Solution:
Step 1:-
To remove the ring, bring the ring to the center or middle of the spring, as shown in figure (a).

Step 2:-
Now twist the ring against the two coils on the spring, so that the ring turns 180 degrees in the opposite direction as shown in figure (b)

Now you can lift the ring up and easily slide it up and off the spring as shown in figure (c).

Note:-
To lock the ring back on the spring, simply place it over the middle of the spring and twist it 180 degrees against the coils of the spring.
